Rebecca Nissim

Rebecca Nissim has been a Chef and culinary instructor in the Fairfield County area for over a decade. Chef Nissim graduated from Johnson & Wales University with degrees in Culinary, Pastry and Management. Due to her interest in new experiences and knowledge, she spent the beginning years of her career working in many different roles throughout the hospitality industry. Her experience ranged from work in line kitchens and bakeries to employment in general management. She has also assisted Chef Gans with summer cooking camps. 

On evaluation of her experience she found that her vision of enriching others was not being fulfilled so she sought out a new direction for her career that allowed her to not only enjoy her love of food, but to find a way to share that love with others. Chef is currently pursuing a Certification in Teaching so she can share all her wonderful experiences and skills with new students.
