TJ Hair

TJ Hair received his BS in physical education from Manhattan college. He is currently working in Stratford as an elementary physical education teacher. He is still making the fitness community stronger at Opex Gold Coast where he delivers individualized programming to any age. Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals has always been a priority.
