Get moving with Westport Continuing Education! Our after school programs offer opportunities for kids to engage in safe, structured, and active play.

Badminton [grades 4-12]
This is badminton played as an Olympic sport, not a backyard game! From beginner to advanced junior player, take your badminton skills to the next level. Sneakers and badminton racquet required; some racquets available to borrow.

Girls on the Run is coming to Saugatuck Elementary School!
GOTR is a physical activity based positive youth development program (PA-PYD) that inspires 3rd to 5th grade girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experienced based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Please note that as part of the program all girls participate in a celebratory 5K event on Saturday, June 4 at Jennings Beach in Fairfield.

VOLUNTEER! We are actively seeking volunteer coaches to support the girls and facilitate lessons. All coach training and program materials are provided. Coaches need not be runners or athletes. For questions, or to volunteer, email conted@westportps.org.

Basketball: Westport AllStars Spring Clinics [grades 2 - 9; boys & girls]
Tune up your game with shooting guru and ball handling wizard Coach Chris Fay. Featuring shooting, skills and drills, scrimmages, defense, strategy, and sportsmanship. Parents may inquire about enrolling their kids below 2nd grade who have previous experience. SHS Gym / 16 sessions: $175 | 8 Tuesdays, March 29 - May 24 & 8 Thursdays, March 31 - May 26
