Jarret Liotta

JJarret Liotta is a Westport native and Staples High School alumni. His first foray into journalism was covering sports for the Westport News at age 15.

Since then, Jarret's articles, essays and photos have been published in over 100 publications, including The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, National Geographic, and numerous Hearst publications. He currently maintains a busy schedule as a freelance creative, serving numerous clients as a writer, photographer, and video producer. He is also an accomplished creative filmmaker and video editor.

Jarret currently serves as the first executive editor of the newly launched Westport Journal -- a hyper-local news site aimed at keeping Westport informed.
