Amy Laurino

Amy Laurino has been teaching with Westport Public Schools since August 2005, where she conducted 6th, 7th, 8th grade choir at CMS. After 10 years, she decided to move to Kings Highway Elementary School and she has loved being with the elementary children ever since. Amy has a Master's of Music, in classical composition, from SUNY Purchase, a degree in studio composition, and her 6th year in music education. She has taught private piano lessons and composition for over 20 years. In her free time she loves to compose as a singer songwriter, she has released many songs and albums on iTunes and Spotify under her alias Amy Kateri. Her passion is music and she loves to share it with the children she teaches.
