Kevin Alvir

Kevin Alvir is a professional illustrator and designer. He has a Master’s in Art Education from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and a B.F.A. in Painting and Printmaking from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts. He works in Editorial Illustration, Children's Book Illustration, and Comic Book Illustration. He’s illustrated for the original children’s stories Taco and Skeledog and When the Cats Took Over the Dog Show. He has done illustration and artwork for Funny or Die, Washington Post, Brooklyn Magazine, corporate accounts such as Kahlua and High Maintenance (HBO)andindie music clients including Libertino Records, Oh My Rockness, the Pains of Being Pure at Heart, and more.
