Jen (Mitteness) Telford

Jen Mitteness currently teaches physical education at Staples High School and coaches the Junior Varsity Field Hockey team. She earned her BA from Eastern Connecticut State University and is working on her MA at Fairfield University. In her free time, Jen enjoys teaching Zumba, running road races, and Crossfit. In short, Jen loves teaching, and she loves being active!
