Summer 2018: High School Credit Courses

No online registrations for high school credit courses. To register for any high school credit course, students must have prior written approval from their school counselor and the department head. Click here to download registration form.

No refunds or credits will be given for withdrawals from high school academic credit courses. Parent must initial on the registration form acknowledging that there are no refunds or credits for withdrawals from high school academic credit courses.

The determination as to whether any credit summer school class will run is made by Westport Continuing Education, based on enrollment. It is therefore recommended that students enroll in as timely a manner as possible.

Perfect attendance and punctuality are expected. Interim progress reports will be available to students and parents; final report cards will be mailed to student's home and guidance department. Duplicate reports may be forwarded to other schools at the request of parents and/or student.

All high school credit classes are 6 weeks (June 25-Aug 3) and 1 credit except:

- American Government / 1/2 credit / 3 weeks / Jun 25-Jul 13
- Personal Financial Management / 1/2 credit / 3 weeks / Jul 2-Jul 20
- PE is 1/4 credit / 3 weeks / two options: Jun 25-Jul12 and Jul 16-Aug 2

No classes on Wednesday July 4.

All classes will take place at Staples High School.
