Sara Holland Sports & Bike Camp [ages 2.5 - 5]

Kids are introduced to learning to ride bikes with the goal of becoming more confident in their ability to move safely on bikes and in sports. Kids learn on balance bikes; turning, safety, and balancing on their own. Explore different sports and activities, play games, participate in arts & crafts, and more! Each week focuses on a fun theme, which we connect to the sports and activities for that week. Our structured, action-packed program allows plenty of room for creative individuality and varying ability levels in a non-competitive environment. Sports played will be baseball, soccer, football, LAX, basketball, learning to ride bikes, fun noodle games, and more. Parents will receive information about bringing balance bikes or bikes, some equipment may be available.

The instructor will be in contact with all parents before the camp begins.

Camp Director Sara Holland holds an M.Ed in Motor Learning from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Kansas. She has played Division 1 softball, and later played at the professional level and coached at Yale, UVA, and Texas Tech. She has worked in Westport and Fairfield County preschools as a Yoga Instructor and Physical Education Instructor. She has also been running private summer camp programs for over 10 years and has been the CEO of Sara Holland Sports for 13 years.
