Description

Take coding off the screen and put it into action! Designed for middle school students, this hands-on program combines programming, engineering, and problem-solving in a new robotics challenge every class. Students build a unique robot, then write and test code to bring it to life—navigating challenges, completing tasks, and troubleshooting along the way.

As students progress, they develop a deeper understanding of programming logic, algorithms, sensors, variables, and automation while strengthening critical-thinking and engineering skills. Every class introduces a new robot and a new challenge, keeping the experience fresh, creative, and engaging while giving students the opportunity to build real-world technology skills.

Class dates: 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12 at 4:00-5:00pm @ Staples High School
