Description

Most LEGO models are built with bricks only, at this camp, kids will build the LEGO models not only using bricks but also adding the motors, battery boxes, receivers, and remote controls. Kids will learn how to integrate bricks with motors, together with their imaginations and make the models move! Have fun with remote controlling the models like: race car, bulldozer, airplane, helicopter and more...

About Ricky Wang
Ricky Wang is the founder and director of Build With Ricky LLC, a dynamic and engaging after-school and camp enrichment program based in Fairfield County, Connecticut. With a lifelong passion for LEGO® building and a background in Chinese traditional medicine, Ricky combines creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning to inspire young minds.

Since launching Build With Ricky LLC, he has brought engaging STEM-based programs to schools, recreation departments, and community centers throughout Connecticut. Ricky’s teaching style is energetic, supportive, and fun—encouraging kids to think critically, work as a team, and express themselves through imaginative building and design.

His programs are designed to foster creativity, confidence, and collaboration, making learning exciting and memorable for every child who joins his classes or camps.
