In this class we will use recycled or found materials to create a variety of different DIY crafts. Students will learn how to turn these materials into items they can use and enjoy. 

Projects will include votives/vases made from glass jars, jewelry/trinket dishes made from shells, bookmarks made from paper scraps and dried flowers, picture frames made with shells and tile pieces, making clay pots, and fairy houses made from things found outside. Painting may be included if time permits. 

 

Students will be responsible for bringing in clean glass jars, scrap paper and rocks or shells they wish to use.
