Description

Our State Program is a program for girls looking for a combination of skill work and gameplay experience. We offer 8 local practices in Westport and 4 competitions at the Connecticut Sports Center in Woodbridge, all on Sundays.

Practices: December 14 & 21, January 4 & 18, February 1 & 22, March 1& 15 

Tournaments: January 11 & 25, February 8, March 8

Team placement starts in December and the season ends in March. To ensure a constant challenge for all athletes, players are placed on teams according to grade and ability. Teams are composed of 9-11 players to maximize playing time. There are no tryouts, although 7th & 8th graders must have previous experience in order to register. Players are accepted as long there is space available.

Our Nationally Certified coaches instruct and challenge their players on the latest techniques covering passing, setting, hitting, serving as well as offensive and defensive strategies.
Uniform tops are provided.
