Description

A deeper training week for older kids who face more pressure, higher expectations, and social

complexity. We teach the same core skills, then put them into real-world practice—clear

communication, teamwork, and decision-making when things aren’t obvious.

 

● Clarity in uncertainty:: choosing what matters and making decisions without overthinking

● Communication that holds up: explain your thinking simply—even when questioned

● Collaboration + repair: contribute, listen, lead, and recover quickly after conflict

● Learning speed: try → learn → adjust, so progress happens quicker

 

Each day includes focus building to warmup, a structured challenge where students practice

decision-making and communication, and a team mission that requires collaboration and follow-

through. The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to build the ability to stay clear and capable in

Uncertainty.

Please bring a water bottle and a nut-free snack. Student drop-off and pick-up will take place at the Staples High School front entrance.
