Description

A fun, high-energy week where kids learn how to access their best self on demand: focus, calm,

and presence, and use it to collaborate with others on daily challenges.

 

● Focus + fast recovery: how to return quickly after distraction, frustration, or mistakes

● Micro Targets: how to start small and keep going instead of getting stuck

● Team trust: listening, turn-taking, sharing ideas

 

Each day includes focus building to warmup, practice decision-making and communication, and

a team mission that requires collaboration and follow-through.

Additional Notes

Please bring a water bottle and a nut-free snack. Student drop-off and pick-up will take place at the Staples High School front entrance.
