Description

Learn filmmaking by making films. Guided by Filmmakers Ink instructors, you’ll collaborate with your filmmaking tribe to develop an idea for a film, then write, produce, shoot, and direct a 4-6 minute film.

Note: Download link for Camp Films delivered at the end of summer.

 

Monday - Friday, July 13 – July 17, 9:00am – 12:30pm 

 

"Last year I did an iMovie class at a different camp.  They broke us into groups of four but we didn’t learn anything new, they just answered questions when we were editing. At Filmmakers Ink, I learned how to use the camera.  Different shots, camera movement, planning.  How to focus. How to come up with and develop ideas, and figure out what wasn’t working and how to fix it.” - Nick

 

 

Additional Notes

Please bring a water bottle and a nut-free snack. Student drop-off and pick-up will take place at the Staples High School front entrance.
