Description
Bring your appetite and a lot of energy for some tasty new twists on a perennial favorite summer program! This year we continue in the spectacular professional kitchens at Staples High School.
July 6-10| U.S. Regional Cuisines: Around our country: New England~Northeast, Southern, Southwest, New Orleans-Cajun-Creole, Hawaii, California & Northwest .
Baking: Specialty cakes & cupcakes, U.S. regional & decorated desserts!
July 13-17| Asian Cuisine: China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and India.
Baking: Cookies A-Z, bar cookies, quick batters to quick breads, Asian desserts.
July 20-24| European Cuisine: France, Italy, Spain & Portugal, Germany & Eastern Europe, Greece, Turkey and the Mediterranean. Baking: Savory & sweet, biscuits, scones, yeast breads and non-yeasted breads, European desserts.
July 27-31|World Cuisines: Mexico, Caribbean, Africa, UK, Southeast Asia, and more!

Directions to Culinary Class: Enter Staples High School main entrance and bear left. Continue past the school and take a left at the curve. At the stop sign, go straight until you see the Athletic Complex North entrance lobby, #16. A staff person will be there to check-in students on the first day. Thereafter, students may enter the school and proceed to the kitchen.Fees
