Cecily Gans

Staples High School's Chef Cecily Gans has been turning kids into cooks for over 20 years. She runs our popular summer Cooking Camps, and she thinks that life is crazy delicious. Chef Gans has worked in all aspects of the food industry for over 25 years. She is also the Executive Chef/Owner of The Main Course Catering, LLC (www.themaincoursecatering.com). Chef Gans has a B.S. in Culinary Arts and a Masters degree in Teaching.
