MAJOR LEAGUE SOCCER CAMP                                                             
Program Definitions:

 

Mini-Wee:
Along with the staff, parents will help their child be introduced to the game of soccer through soft play products, soccer balls, fun and games. Parents pair up with their child and experience the beginnings of soccer through modified activities.

 

Munchkin:
Staff begin to help children run with the ball, develop movement and dribbling technique, begin working on shooting technique and introduce control, shielding and turning.

 

Half Day:
Children begin to learn team work and develop attacks on opponents as well as review basic skills and fundamentals such as running with the ball, dribbling, shooting and defending.

 

Full Day:
Operating with the same content as the half day program, children will also be playing small, conditioning games like 3 on 3 or 6 on 6 to help develop tactical skills and will be introduced to the sense of deception and how to beat an opponent.  Basic skills and fundamentals will be reviewed and worked on daily as well.
